City Council:

St. Paul has a five member City Council, which is collectively responsible for overall City governance.  Individual Council members are assigned City Departments and have been delegated responsibility for limited oversight of their Department.  The City Council meets at least once a month, and additionally as needed.  Please contact the City Office if you wish to bring business before the City Council.
