City of St. Paul COVID-19 Information

St. Paul Residents,

While we greatly enjoy your visits to the office, in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are temporarily requesting residents limit office contact wherever possible.

In addition to limiting office contact, rental operations of the St. Paul Community Hall will be suspended until April 8 at which time the Council will reevaluate the situation.

Water/sewer payments can be made by mail or placed into the drop box in front of the office. Please use these avenues of payment even if the office is open!  If you are requesting a receipt, please indicate as such on your payment slip and your receipt will be included in your next water bill.

If you have questions you may contact the City by phone at (503) 633-4971 rather than stopping by the office. Due to staffing changes, office hours are limited. If we are unable to answer, someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

As always, for Public Works emergencies, please contact the Public Works Emergency Line at (971) 301-0151.

If you have COVID-19 related questions, please refer to the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). If you have questions related to our community partners, such as the St. Paul Rodeo Association or St. Paul School District, please contact those partners directly.

We will be in touch if there is further information to share.

Sincerely,

St. Paul City Council
